2013 NOTES:
Many of the 4 inch square paintings in this gallery were part of the Avanti Art & Design 30x30 Challenge, for which I created 30 pieces of art in 30 days. I considered this a huge challenge as most of my time was being devoted to caring for my new baby, and I was just getting back to painting after a year off. The project encouraged me to paint without thinking because my time was limited. I was amazed at the freedom it gave me to just accept how my art unfolded each day. I participated in the 30x30 group show in Greenwood again in 2014.
